hi,
the thing I like about the quick release tire setup is the adjustors for the top of the roll center adjustors. Is it possible to get the old style tire setup with the new roll center adjustors which use the spacers rather than the ball joint?

Yes GO Fast it will. There will be inserts for the new hub carriers so you can use your stock axle setup. These inserts will not be available till the end of this month, first of next month.

anyone know when trinity is gonna start distribution?

they have listed the cars but have not yet shipped out the kits nor the parts.

I just need to know so I can see which direction this is going, i dont want to buy just yet.

Also, any news on a TM 1/8th scale, I want so badly and I wanna see what team magic has up its sleeves. Hopefully its not the same as their old shock with the single dampener for both sides.

Got my stock today ,was like a kid unwrapping presents.
Opened all the boxes looking for the ED and Quick Flash system.
I have to say when it comes to packaging and first impression ,no rc company comes close to TM/Kfactory.
Will be running this weekend ,so have to get car stripped and together for the shakedown.

for the quick tire system, can we use it with our normal 1/10 foam tires? or do we have to buy KF tire? would also like to get the knuckles only.

Hey Razor have fun!!!!

You are right the packaging is really top notch for Team Magic products.

Tires would hve to be Team Magic in the beginning then use the rims an buy donuts if you want to change. The hole in the rim of the tire is sized for the quick release system.

You can buy the steering hub and thr rear hub carrier by themselves and they are in stock now. However you need the inserts to use them on the stock axles. The inserts will not be ready to the end of the month.

Hi Guys

I installed a brand new Mega ZX12 into my G4S on Sunday night and finished running it in at the track tonight. This is the first time i have ran the car since i had those one way bearing failures in the 2 speed. I have installed the new KFactory hardened cam and borrowed a friends bearing from his G4 Evo. Problem i have now is no mater what i do it won't change gears... I even pulled it apart and rebuilt it again in case i was a noob. Still nothing

I borrowed friends 2 speed from his Mongoose and it works fine, so i know it is nothing else. I will have more of a play shortly, but all i have done is changed the Cam

Im sure your problem will be that the adjustment for the 2 speed is either too tight or too loose ,had the same problem .Was cursing and throwing tantrums ,eventually got it right.

+1.

I got lucky with my original build settings and it was set spot on the first time I ran. After adding the Ed tranny it wasn't shifting. First thought was to back off the two speed spring tension, but from the sound of the engine I thought it may be going to 2nd gear immediately so I tightened the tension instead. That did the trick.
