I'm using 30K in the rear. I switch from 30 to 10 depending if I start to lose traction.

Thats bad, sorry man, beeing such a sweet car.
And it's true, if it weren't for your "set up advice guide" I'd be totally lost here to, because we only run rubbers, and there is no information or support any where on rubbers.

Good luck on your nesxt move..

cheapest site for mtx3 hopups???

i have seen all the hopups from kawahara, kfactory and 3racing, they all seel the same items just about. where is the best place to get these hopups for the best prices?

j240z 10-01-2004 06:32 PM

acehardwarehobbies.com or rcmart.com is where I ususally order from. Ebay has good prices too but you can't always find the parts you're looking for.

I run 0 offset GQTires and dont have a problem with wheel rub, I dont understand why you guys are having so many problems with that.
Or is there somthing else I am missing?

gentleman81 10-01-2004 06:45 PM

guys like me who hit the boards until i get good will bend the rims, and once that happens the rim will eat into you upright, then one godd hit will end your race, if not the day if the upright breaks, thats my story anyway

Slotmachine 10-01-2004 06:58 PM

O.K.

I can understand that, Have you tried the GQ Tires yet? Go to WWW.RCTexas.com they are selling for $8.99 a pair and they are pretty tough wheels.
