I've also been told some fuels will leave more of those deposits than others. I think I've had more of that black stuff running O'Donnell (pure synthetic blend) than Byron fuel types (castor plus synthetics) for example. I usually try to run around 240 to 250. I'm in the process of experimenting with some Mugen fuel because of this very "problem" and will know more after this weekend.

after looking at this chart about Droop setting, i am getting confused the term increase and decrease of droop.

Increase Droop = 4,5,6 ??
Decrease Droop = 3,2,1 ??
(Number shown on the Hudy Droop Gauge)

have i got it the other way round?

Scenario C. More droop meaning the rear of the car rises more during braking.

On my AE droop gauge, #1 has the most droop.

Default Finally....

Got this thing built and ready to run, I hope. It was harder, for me, to build this thing compared to the GT4 and NTC3. Lots of tight spaces and a whole bunch of screws.

By the way, did your kit come with a flywheel collet? I didn't find one in the kit or the instructions. I just used the collet that came with the MR12(bought it separately). It seems to fit right and the pinion/spur combo matches up well.

yup...hope when this thing fires up for the first time, it doesn't fall to pieces. Crossing my fingers that I built it right.

1. Disconnect the roll bar removing one metallic part and adjust the droop.
2. Seeing the front side of the car at the right hand you should have an eccentric to adjust some kind of uneveness on the roll bar, withe the metal part you removed installed another time, adjust those eccentric to get the all two sides go up and down at the same time and with the same height (droop).

BTW: All this should be done with the shocks removed from the car to avoid any parasitic action of shocks in the suspension scheme.
