No Probs, its a real pain in the butt to replace if ya gonna do it yourself, u need to strip the engine right back to just the block and bearings, heat it up in the oven to a bit over 200 degrees and they should be easy to get out. same for putting the new ones in ya goto heat it up

I didnt need to heat it up to put em back in
They slotted right in.
You could try a bearing hammer... They have the rubber end.

This is a fairly new engine (had around 5 ltr of fuel through it
) should this be happening? could it just be normal (that a little of fuel is coming out) ?

Yeh mine did it when it was reasonably new my LHS did it the first time.
Then it happened again so i did it my self. It was 15 dollars from LHS. For me to get the bearings and put it in my self worked out to like 3 dollars. But thats because my uncle got the bearings as he does that kinda of stuff.

V one S II, nice car. just wonder what insert is better for rubber at the track mrccr?

my v one s II, only 1/2 ltr thru it. still in run in process.

already so fast. i am bidding a two speed for it.

should i use harder insert for the front, softer for rear?

I'd start with harder front/softer rear and see what you think, but I tended to use the same insert & tyre combo front & rear... mainly out of laziness and then I just thought bugger it, i'll just use foams !

it all depends on what rubber you use, it the track has high or low grip, etc. but I use softer on the rear. Now I mainly use foamies and find ellegi to be the best.
