U can add the extra gears to the S for stiffer diff action tho cant you?
Maybe ill just wait a while and get the front one way and the blue diff for the back at the same time

Oh ok, well when I get a front one way ill put the gears in the back.
Also about a new engine do u think for medium level competition the Novarossi CX12PS2 would be fine, cos I really dont wanna go to rear exhaust/starter box, mainly for cost reasons but also for convenience I guess.
Also what parts do u need to convert to a new engine, was it engine mounts and flywheel?

Heres where it gets funny, I can not find a "special" engine mount any where! However........
Kyosho VZW029 low height engine mount will lower the engine by 1mm. (therefore 15mm)
Kyosho 39649 Heat sink engine mount is a std 16mm mount.
They are both listed for v-one-r/rr

If so IMHO the Nova is really as good as it gets. There are heaps of other engines around the 1hp mark but none so tuneable/reliable/indestructible as the nova.
You will need an FD49 Flywheel, and engine mounts to mount the new engine and a new linkage set-up (I can help you do this with diagrams etc) And a tuned pipe capable of delivering that power.
You seem overly keen on a front one-way, Im interested as to why?

39648 supercedes to 39649
FD 49 is the same
39673 supercedes to UM210
That being the case the special engine mount is actually the heat sink engine mount I referred to earlier and is 16mm height.
It is of course suitable for both pullstart and non-pullstart engines.

They are the only numbers Ive got.......I can however tell you that Tamiya TG10 mounts will also achieve the same goal.

Thank you very much!!! I was thinking of using the TG10 mounts, in fact, that was the next question I was going to ask. Thanks for your help!
