its your toe in/out adjustments
u need to set the linkages that join to the steering servo then to the wheels so there the same
for break in i did 1 tank idle then i think 2 tanks of normal settings driving slow, then i did 7 more tanks getting leaner each tank, and going a tiny bit fast each tank, i used 10% nitro to break the engine in

mmmmmmmmm what could the problem be???????
Perhaps if you go back and read the instructions again and reset the distances at the pillow balls and the steering arms it may look better This time...........................dont hurry

I just looked at my friends premade V-One S and adjusted mine the same way. Heh. So wheels alignment are fixed.
Also i just notice.... that i used 15% nitro today for break in :/
No wonder it was wierd. >.< Damnit couldn't read the label properly. This is not going to cause a problem... would it?
Also, i turned the needle valve approx 2 turns out, yet the engine still sounds bubbly and kinda slightly slow. Wierd wierd things.
Other then that, at the park i noticed a guy with a V-One S with 2 speed and that thing just screamed! Can't wait for mine.[/

I want my 2-speed to work !

A carbon plate upgrade would be pretty good.... but then i would have to buy a V1R tank and a hump pack :/ Looks cool though.
Why doesn't your 2 speed work vone racer?
Is it hard to install? Im getting 2 speed this saturday with my friend.

If I knew why it wasn't working... then it'd be working !
I guess I'll have to fiddle around with it when I finish rebuilding my engine .
Hopefully I get my upgrades today !

when you say its not working I am assuming you mean its not upchanging. The usual cause of this is that the spring which preloads the clutch finger gets caught in the threads so no matter how you adjust it, it applies full pressure. I posted some photos on how to fix it going back about 2-3 months. Use the search function at the home page. To find the posting.

I always run in an engine on what im going to race with dont be worried about the 15%.

Whew thanks for that info squizzy, just thought that its not good to run high % nitro for a new engine.
Also, how do i properly adjust the tune pipe and manifold connecting?
What happens if i increase the distance between the pip and manifold, and what happen if i reduce it?

the greater distance between the pipe and the manfold gives u more bottem end and sacrafises a bit of the top
and then with less distance is the opposite it gives u more top end and take a bit of the bottem
u can cut some off your manfold and but it up next to it for even more top end power or u could just buy another pipe
the stok v1s "pipe" isnt really worth callin a pipe its more of a muffler
just rember
the more pipe volume the more bottem end
the smaller amout of pipe volume the more top end
and then with less distance is the opposite it gives u more top end and take a bit of the bottem
