I recomend using mugen t0203 doggies!

or space the inner side of the doggies with orings or fuel tubing.

I want to change my v1s stock tyres to a new one. However there is one thing that I dont quite get yet.

I understand the concept of tyre and insert. My question is; can the insert be harder than the tyre?

I might be a bit slow but I don't understand the question,
Inserts come in different hardnesses and profiles.
Tyres come in different compounds but they are not the same material as the inserts.

You need to find two things.
1) The right compound tyre for where you race.
2) The right hardness and profile of insert to compliment your choice of tyre.

If you want some tyres that are ready to go, try Take-Offs, they come with inserts and a good general match to the tyre.

Hope that helps

because when i emailed the guy from the shop that you got yours from, i forgot the name... but anyway he said it produced the same amount of power as the 5 port...
is that true?

I believe that is correct, but Zac dont have hp ratings as such so its what happens at the track that talks!.....and as ive said previously, that donk is a missile man!

By the way i just found the search function on the forum...it rocks.

Just enter the subject or key word of what your looking for and the name of the person who wrote it and dates and stuff if you want and .......zap......all the options are there...try it.
