Only if you have low traction. Lower roll center will provide more chassis roll and more weight transfer to the outside wheel, thus provide more grip at the expense of a slower transition. This is desirable for low traction surface but not for high bite track. This is why we run small tires for high bite track to "free up" the car since smaller tires will raise your roll center with the same ride height
After reading this, I think the current postion will be a good starting point, new pavement and vht, with the old style hubs,I aways had to run small dia tires at the track, with this new hubs I should be able to run taller tires and NOT have to ture down brand new tires.

I have heard many of you mentioning Kawahara. Are they good? Most of the V1RRR options/hopups I know are by either 3Racing or Kyosho. Where can I get these?

I think RC-Champ & Pro-S Futaba may stock the Kawahara parts.

the turbo plug is a totally different plug from the standard plug. as the manufacturers say, you get a better burn with a turbo plug as compared to a standard plug...

Little mix up, here. I'm talking about the 04' 1/10 nitro on-road world champinoships. Not sure about the location. Don't know how I came up with Florida???

A few older V-one parts were made by Kawahara. Like engine mounts. I've been using a few of their parts since the V-One R/RR. To me, their quality is way better than 3-racing. 3-racing chassiss are thick but made with soft alum. and tweak very easily. Some of their drive train parts are also weak and heavy. 3-racing Ti parts are also crap. Although, for some reason the Kawahara plastic parts on my FW/ZT1 have become brittle. I had someone CNC new parts for me. But the best thing to do is keep with Kyosho parts as much as possibe. I would concider Skyline hop-ups. Stay away from alum. pulleys. They wear 10x faster than the stock ones and end up chewing up belts.

My best source for Kawahara parts are through RC Champs. If they don't have them in stock, they'll get them for you. No one from Kawahara ever replies back to me, I guess none of them speak much english.
