Was Keisuke using a Kondo or zac project/kawahara engine?

Use the search function and type in:
710 FAQ PDF

You'll find it, but it is only a couple of pages back if you scroll backwards.

Cheers, Mark.

With your name still printed on the top of the page, can I use your file outside this forum ?
Oh, I'm not greedy, I'd settle for a 710 with a KHM engine......and maybe a 950R at a push

You can use the FAQ how you wish - its all about helping each other, so the wider the distribution the better

Mr D,

Whilst looking back through the complete thread yesterday, I took a look at the pictures of your car again - you have an airfilter holder by the looks of it (a wire-mesh arrangement) - who makes this?

Cheers, Mark.

.. as for the sir "KHM" I think you can ask Uncle Sow&Steady he knows better than me.
And a bit "push" on the 950R ? on throttle or off throttle... ?

Ops.. so Mike Swauger is using Zac project engine, do you know the engine base?
For Fukuda, i read somewhere in this forum that he is using RR12 KONDO custom modified engine.

I'm not sure,I'm presuming that it's Fukada who is advertising the zac project box as some of the mugen Japan drivers have been running the zac/Kawa modified engines before.

I'm not sure what Swauger used but some are saying a JP.

I can hold the line, before it would push to the outside off the track

Ah, the perils of running rubber tires... Give foams a try !
InitialD: Yes lowered the roll centre by increasing the height of the arms

A friend tried foams yesterday and it wasn't as bad as i thought, have to track a really soft compund down and maybe some traction compound as well.

Try 37 shore or even 35. If your track is a little more technical, you can soften the shocks.

Yesterday, I tried switching to the stock Serpent 30 wt oil, composite shock body, yellow springs, 5 holes front and rear and stock shock mountings. 37 shore front with 40 shore rear. Tires at 63 mm front and rear.. Rear sway bar 3 mm. No front sway bar connected. Caster at 5 mm behind the front upper arm. Rear diff is medium light. Camber -2 front (left and right) and -4 rear left and -3.5 right. Front toe out -1 and rear +2. Rear trackwidth 197 mm and 200 mm front. Ride height is 5 mm front and 7 mm rear. Droop is 1 front and if I'm not mistaken +8 in the rear. DRS arm is in the above setting. Front rollcenter with 4 mm spacers under the front upper arm (lowest roll center). Rear rollcenter is with the lower pin at stock bottom position with the upper rear arm at the shortest upper arm position (UBO/LB).

Oh yes, the car felt lighter with the composite shock bodies !
