I'm not sure what spec the WC edition is, i.e. if it has the fanged sleave or not.

I've got the normal sleave, but it has ceramic bearings.

If you want to learn more about the car, I have written an article on 3hobby.com - all hop ups and everything are mentioned there

Cheers, Mark.

Thnx for the quick reply.
I enjoyed the article, good written. :)

One more question, Did you order your 710 kit threw the Border RC shop, if so did you receive the new rims with this kit?
If not from where did you get those rims?

Thanks again,
Ferdi

Thanks Ferdi, nice to know it is appreciated.

This is going to sound funny:

1) I didn't get my 710 from the Border, as my local dealer had an unbeatable price
2) No the kit came with the old wheels
3) I got my rims from the Border

Email Michel (see email on their homepage), he'll sort you out with what you wish.

Cheers, Mark.

Re: Check this pipe out!!!

 What about heat dissipation? The colour of the pipe alters the surface temp which alters the speed of sound in the pipe = performance.

This leads to the bearings being too deep into the bell housing and the clutch gap being too small.

Mark, perhaps that bronze coloured pinion is meant to be screwed down a lot more...

Re: My Winternats Weapon!

Oh nice ! No titanium screws? I'm dissapointed !

See how a naturally unfiltered pic can turn out? With no dirt filter on, the pic comes out naturally better !   Of course the car needs to be physically clean. :D

But you should see Uncle Crash's new 710 lock and loaded.:sneaky: But the only consolation is his JP FX engine is not as good looking as yours.

p/s: Don't forget to trim that Bluetooth / WiFi body post antenna !

Hey, isn't ceramic bearings in the car and in the engine illegal in the Winternats?

Start running in the engine. Slow and easy.
