Hmm, I'm just messy, which means no matter how big the room, it will always overflow - would just take a bit longer that's all :D

Also, do you use grease on the thrust bearings and what condition is your spacer between the bearings in?

Yeah, I use Mugen Super Grease on the thrust bearing and the spacer between the two metal bearings looks like new.

Yeah, PRECIOUS ! I'm also using Speeminds at the moment. My car track width is set to the Ellegi rims. What I do when I use SM is I use spacers made out of lexan that I cut in the same shape of a hex that will space it out nicely back to 200 mm. No need to turn out and in the pivot balls.;)
I used Lexan, too, but found it squashed too easily, instead, I use Tamiya spacers - they make some nice Alu ones in 1mm and 0.5mm sizes.

Ummm... Aluminum ones. :sneaky: Thanks for the tip.

Pyramid, what engine was Teddy using?
No doubt, V1RRR design interested on S710 adjustability, the use of low internal ratio and taking it further to G4 (the one the use to copied them) low center of gravity... Sure it also lacks some point here and there but their efforts (in everything) has been paid off:)

Would you believe is I told you he is using a plain RR12L3?

markp27 10-17-2004 08:14 AM

No problemo!

I've been using them right from the begining to try and reduce the chances of getting a pillow ball pull out - seems to have worked very nicely.

This gives more weight to the argument that the RRR was simply delivering more traction than the other cars. Power isn't anything if it isn't getting transfered to the road.

Have you guys any news about the RRR being used in competition prior to the WC? It was also used at the European Champs, but with only one made it into the final.....but I have no idea how good the driver was or how many RRRs were entered.

Man, Kyosho are getting great press from us all, aren't they

That'd be my fault  but this is the one which another website reported he was using :D

Ummm, the websites are wrong then to say that he was using a Sirio... Or was he using a Sirio in the mains? I found TQ Racing quoting the following;

"A special thanks to Andrea Rossi from all of us in Indonesia for noticing Teddy's performance and finally giving the 'much needed' full support to our 'hero' in those difficult condition..."

"Much needed" full support from Andrea Rossi would mean engine support... That would mean a Sirio engine of some sort to use... Any insights on this?

Anyway, congrats ! Hope it will be an Indonesian Surikarn in the making.:sneaky:  Sad that it was not Goldfinger. I always thought he had potential.  (j/k)

Yes D, I do and use it with the cone that came with the kit. No problems so far though. Why?

All will be revealed, when two young friends of ours test the RRR, taking a very close look at each part of the car!

Good point but you wouldn't be able to get hold of one. Same thing goes with the Mega with the black crankcase. :sneaky:

And yes, strange enough, NO Novarossi engines or varients in the top 10 A main ! So you guys with JP FX engines, IDM or NovaMax engines, better sell your engines cheaply to me ! muahahah
Yeah! And when D runs out of cash, I'll buy some too! :D
