If you read back quite a few pages you will see that the brace alone will not eliminate stripping, it's also gear alignment spacing etc. once u have the formula this car is an animal!

NITTO550 03-19-2013 06:29 PM

Oh and to answer your question , I don't strip gears.

He wants to sell the kit. The wife on the other hand doesn't since it was a Christmas gift   .

Do you really think after taking podium in last race with my setup he will go back to Mugen??

Let me know, JC will be selling his NT1 soon :sneaky:.

Riketsu 03-23-2013 09:26 PM

Also, wanted to let you guys know that I'm selling lots of MTX4 parts, bodies, engines, etc.

I really don't know which parts are still compatible with the MTX5, so I wanted to give you guys a heads up.

stripping

Reedy...an any new mtx5 driver...u can use the brace for stripping...but one of the best solution is the one piece motor mount an the stift chassis..we been driving this car for almost 2 seasons..we tried everything..a must is the mount...we have guys just running the mount wit a stock car an dont strip...if u want to be safe run all three..an yes when u get that fixed the car is a Beast!!!
