I saw the airfliter system many months ago and made them myself. Anytime you can get clean and cooler air, it has to help! I now use the center exhaust deal and have had to move the air system to the left side of the car and close to the rear tire, not as good as down the right side but better than that hot air straight behind the head.

I just got the AE box and added a 12v gel cell for power. Works great and is adaptable for other cars as well. Hard to beat at $69.95 plus $22.95 for the battery.

If you have the painted versions, you may have to remove the paint on the bearing races for proper clearance, just scrape it off, or use a wire wheel on your dremel. You may also want to run a 4/40 tap thru the holes, a few of them had a slight bit of paint in them also. All in all, 100% satisfied, you can not beat this stuff for the money. I will put the shock towers on just to see how they fit, and I'll let you guys know.
whats the deal with this painted verson???? i orded mine last wednesday and i orded the blue set i was under the indercation that is was anodised ???????? will i get anodised or will it be paint ????

Does any body know if these tyres will fit on the NTC3?

Fast Tires - Front 26mm 1:10 DTM Mousse for Mugen
Fast Tires - Rear 30mm 1:10 DTM Mousse for Mugen

Or do i use these (Are the for electric?)

FT-REAR30 Fast Tire - Rear, Wide
Fast Tire - FRONT

Other wise, what tyres do i use to help reduce understeer?

Brett, They are painted, not anodized. It looks very nice, but it does need to be removed from some of the tighter fitting spots & the threads, no big deal. I got 2 sets, the other set is unpainted and I have begun polishing them. They take a polish very well, looks like chrome in no time! After I polished the upper cases I had second thoughts about using the painted ones. Still a great buy.

Both are the same tire but on different rims. The Fast Tyre rims are supposedly to be used for Mugens as their own rim but they fit other makes too.

The DTM Mousse is a multi purpose rim by GRP that fits all makes of touring car. So they should fit the NTC3 just fine.
