the thing is, when i turn left, the left wheel has some slack where i can push it in and out further from where the steeirng plate is
(i know this is a bit hard to explain)
when i turn right, the right wheel is able to be pushed it more from where the steeirng plate is as well.
i notice that the links that adjust toe move more inwards towards the diff so the wheels arent turning equal frm left to right cause the inner wheels has this slop
can someone please help
thanks!~

After having my car destroyed at a recent National meeting and not having time and parts to build up the replacement car I decided to make up an interim car for a meeting or two.
And as no one was buying the Kyosho FW05S kit from me (they prefer the FW05T RTR kit) I decided to use many parts from that kit to build up an IC Sports spec car with the kit supplied Kyosho GS15R motor (and its 4mm carb).
Well after a breaking-in period on the Saturday I entered the car for Sunday's meeting, I had a few problems in the early heats as I found the receiver was also damaged from that big car destroying incident, once the new receiver was placed and the carb settings adjusted I managed to get one qualifying run in. Being down on power I had to drive the lines more perfect, which was a bit easier as I wasn't going as fast, but then came the surprise, I had posted a time of 19:301, just missing that 20 lap mark, the time would have put me 2nd on the grid in the main IC Rubber class.
For the final I had to run in the Rubber class due to no other sports racers attending (one was there but broke his HPI car early in the day and had no spares) I elected to start from the back of the grid (8th) as I had worn out the correct tyres for the day and went for the harder Sorex 36 tyre, these took about 6 laps to come up to heat so the start was a dodgy time, but at the 4 minute mark I found myself in 2nd place, and when Alex pitted at the 6 minute mark I took over the lead which I held on too until I ran out of fuel 20 secs from the end on the 10 minute final (no fuel stop), this left me 2nd on 36 laps.
So this proves that an IC Sports spec car in experienced hands can set the lap times
(and did I enjoy beating those more powerful cars).
Car Spec:
Standard FW05S/T Chassis
Standard Kyosho GS15R Pull-Start motor using Tornado 16% fuel
(GXR15 Motor in the FW05T kit should be faster)
Kit supplied FW05T 2-speed gear ratios
Option Machined Steel 37T Diff Rings
Option FW05RR Chassis Convertion Kit
Option 3racing FW05RR Radio tray
Option FW05R Fuel Tank
Option 3racing Quick Release Gearbox Housing
Option Front Universal Drive Shafts (I used Kyosho ones)
Option Front and Rear Anti-Roll Bars
FW05R/RR Alloy centre drive shafts
Front Diff Gears Used, 50,000wt oil (FW05T runs solid front)
Rear Diff Oil 600wt
(Specs based against FW05T model)

50k diff at the front and 600 at the rear Nimo, compare to a 10k rear diff and 50k front diff will your 600rear gives more steering? Have been trying to figure out what's the adv of using harder front. Usually we would run about 30k front with 4k rear on foam tyres of course.
Another question, if the 3 racing rear Ti hinge pin (for FW05RR)the same as the kyosho FW05R rear hinge pin?
Thanks in advance. Thought you had the RRR, not racing it?

Another question to anyone who know - Is there an easier/faster method to change spurs in the track. I find myself removing the whole upper deck and gear box. This really sucks.
Thanks in advance.
