Yes. They are a lot better than the stock cams as they allow the linkage to work more effectively without binding.

The box setup is awesome and honestly includes most everything you "need" but you may want to get the 10 degree brake cams at least. Otherwise the box stock setup is a pretty good starting place, I know very few people that have needed to change the stock shock springs or even fluids. It's a great truck that just works you will love it.

I just picked up my Truggy . I was looking through the manual and see that u can move the motor to the front or rear . What is most guys running and what is the difference between each set up . I'll be starting out with box stock. I ordered the 10deg brake cam and other parts.

Thanks

I am running front motor. Rear motor is supposed to give you more grip. Tried it but did not notice much of a difference in rear grip. But it did take a little steering away.

I had no issues when building mine but I would highly recommend going to 7/10/5 in the diffs.

I already did 20/20/10. Oh shoot sorry !!!! I made a mistake I ment to say rear diff being too tight of a fit. The front and center went together like every other diff I played with . Is this normal ? I would hate to try and change or clean out that diff with fluid making a mess.

The rear is a little difficult to get compressed and installed the first time. Using some diff lube on the walls of the metal will make it go together easier. If the gears are difficult to move after installing, something is probably not installed/aligned properly.

Hey Guys,

Now that outdoor racing season is around the corner I've received a few requests for rear skid plates. I am out of stock right now but I should have some available soon. I'll add a pre-order to my web site if you'd like to make sure you get one off this batch.

I still have a few sets of shock tools left. I don't plan on making any more. If you want a set please grab them now.

Thanks for all of your support over the last few years.

No offense, but I think electronic switches do not work well at the stock location. It is one option, but there are exposed cables, the mounting location is too small, etc. I did this instead, but you also have to be careful. I have screws that are short enough to get into the plastic and flush, but not into the box. Obviously having a pointy screw in a battery box would be a bad idea No solutions are ideal at this point and hopefully we will have some more mounting options in the future to support electronic switches vs mechanical. I've personally had enough mechanical switches fail that I no longer have any interest in using them.
