Hey guys having trouble with my sons truggy not hitting his OFNA starter wheel. Hes running a os .28 motor. Looks like the flywheel is to small and the flywheel hole also. Does anyone run a bigger OD flywheel or shave down the motor mounts?

Just get it, it's the best Truggy on the market imo. Everyone says how good the MBX7T turns this Truggy has it covered in that department.

Is it the blue box. If so. I use the same one and no problems turning the flywheel. How old is the box. Maybe the starter wheel is worn down.

Yeah Ofna blue box. I actually just put a new starter wheel on thinking the old one was worn down. We got a Protek sbox from a friend and that one seems to work OK not the best though. On my sons AE rc8t the ofna box worked like a champ no probs.

The NT could turn laps inside of a school bus.

6 tank fresh motor and just parking lot break-ins, straight into qualifiers and pro truggy a-main. Wow, this thing is a blast to drive! I need to work on steering (pushes a bit), but that could be due to the tires. I only had some very old medium compound small pins and could have used soft or even super soft.

If you're still on the fence, I would wager a guess that you're going to love it

Yes the new cams are a must have as they provide a more linear and responsive break feel. No more on or off breaks.

I suppose that a piece of fuel line on the brake linkage and some brake curve can make stock cams usable, at least i feel that on/off behavior is gone on my NB48
