Here is some footage from last weekend breaking in a new NT48 truggy ready for the Australian National Championships in a few weeks time, The Nitro Shop modified O.S Speed Spec 2 at the 2 1/2 litre mark of break in also, truggy was on rails and feels great and ready for the biggest event in Australia each year.

Just following up on how to prevent from chipping teeth on the spur gear. I run all the braces and tight gear mesh... Any other solutions? I've read in an older post folks are running a differnt brand spur gear? Anyone doing this? Thanks...

I run a complete serpent center diff. No issues never broken teeth on the serpent spur gear. I just wish Tekno would make a wider spur gear. I also run both rear chassis braces.

Hi guys,
We are testing some new gears now. So far so good. We're doing our best to put this one to bed soon. Thanks.

That's great. But please tell me it's wider than the original spur gear.

The box setup works great at those tracks. 20-20-10. But I stay in that area 20-15-10, 15-12-10, 15-20-10, 10-15-7
