Its a tuning option. Sometimes it helps, others it locks the rear down to much.

yes, side bite mostly, slows down rotation. does not really affect forward traction.

Yes I have tried the LRC brace and love it on the buggies but I don't think its needed with the truggy

JsK I see your running a fusion. Which one are ya running and how is it in the truck? I was looking at the x5 fm or the x7 fm

I run the X5 Lightning 9853/41005 combo. Very smooth, almost electric feeling, it's a ton of grunt right off the bottom but not any weird/harsh midrange pull you get from some motors. The X7 has the same kind of power just more everywhere. You cant go wrong either way.

Serpent center diff working out great.So far no wear( metal shavings ).If you are tried of waiting for new spurs to come,try the serpent diff.The work is worth it.

The new spur gears are now available at TeknoRC.com. I sent an email to FTW about a possible body and they said that they are not currently working on one for the NT48.
