That is what i already love in this buggy:

Only 20 screws and chassis is completely exposed for cleaning. Seems tekno guys made very strong r&d work, not only running but maintaining this buggy is pleasure.

Can anyone confirm that Outwear filter cover for RC8 fits stock NB48 filter well? Or maybe some other shape'n'size from Outwear product range

Someone posted earlier in the thread about Outerwears. Never liked them on my
RC8 because they tended to sag down into the linkage and get torn. Vet wrap
is cheaper and does the exact same thing.

I don't think it's available to buy as yet.

They are making sure it's perfect before releasing the new version.

I am sure they will post here when ready

OK... Honest opinion here, no fanboi yay me I <3 Techno stuff lol...

Those that have driven the NT48 and the NB48/EB48.2(1?), given the same track and conditions...

I realize that setups due to difference in truggy and buggy will be different, but is it a matter of completely different or what you would expect from Truck to Car... (ie lighter weight oils, springs, etc..). What Im asking is if you were testing at a track, just say the buggy and you needed to go up in oils or something, would you automatically assume you would need to on the truck? (this brand, reason I ask is the 2 mugens were so different it was annoying)

Same as above but with the EB compared to the NB? Or are they completely different? (My JQs I can setup the same and have almost identical handling between electric and nitro)

Handling over all, do you find the buggy just more nimble and agile over the truck. Or are you having to drive them completely different? (Coming from the RC8B and the RC8T, they were wildly different, the Mugens were a bit closer, but the truck always was more stable, this to be expected)

If you took the buggy to the dustiest, loosest, bumpy track, and set it up for the most traction and bump handling you could, do you feel that it would still be on pace with the truck?

And no forshadowing to the questions, just curious

For EB compared to the NB, my setup are 90% similar given the NB is using the rear engine setup

Ok here you go I know it comes back to driver of all cars but my set ups for shock locations and anti squat and roll centres are 90% the same for all 4 cars ranging from indoor clay 1/10sct to out door large jumps for nitro and electric buggy and truggy.

My diffs are all the same at 7/7/3 for SCT and buggy and 15/20/5 for truggy.

Everything else is the same and my lap times are less then 1 second different for all cars so yes to me the they feel the same drive the same etc

It makes it really easy to run multiple classes.

Building my shocks and noticed after I put them together and filled them that there were a set of white pistons loose in the bag, so my question is which pistons are the are the ones I want to use, the black ones or the loose white ones?

They are 8x1.3 most are using these with great success

The black ones from the tree are 10 x 1.2 ,the white ones are machined 8 x 1.3

No real "right" pistons as they both have there place in certain conditions. The
8 x 1.3 is the stock setup that goes with the kit oil.
