Pete is right. While technically they will 'fit' the current buggies (NB48 and EB48.2) youd need the new rear hubs and extenders and some other small parts from the SL kit to really get it to work correctly.

From what it looks like this will be the case. I think the aluminum rear hubs Bornhorst and Lutz have been running were made to fit either, but don't qoute me on that.

Even if you made the hubs and extenders fit, the SL arms still would not yield the same geometry. The SL arms are the narrow width parts like the SC truck.

I know  I didn't say it would work well. They have the ability to be installed on the car, but they wont handle well at all or be worth it in any sense.

So where are all the NB48's (out of stock)? Is there a new buggy coming out or something?

its all direct fit, the guide just makes the rotor more straight, i used a spring instead of a fuel tubing as seen on the pics, its more consistent, coz the tubing gets softer when its hot, the spring came from a D8

I know I'm responding to an old post and on the buggy thread, but I have a NT48 and one of the brake pads came off the metal piece. I'm assuming the Kyosho brake setup will fit the NT48. Anyway, did you just buy the brake pads and disk or did you have to buy the pad mounting posts too? What brake disc guide is that? I'm interested it that too. Thanks.

Really? Cheaper too. How long does the fiberglass discs last? How do they compare to stock?

Can you post your setup? I run pretty much the same setup for both cars.

I don't have it in pdf, it was based on one of Joe's. Do you have a copy of your setup? I was thinking of using one of Ryans as a base, but his are pretty old.
