Amain still has them in stock if you want one.

I gave up waiting and ordered a new kit from my LHS last week. Also picked up a next to new RC8B3e. I'll drop in the updates when things break.

Buying a Werks clutch. Anyone have problems with a 34mm flywheel slapping and flaming out? That's the size of the stock AE flywheel right?

Will the AE stock bell work with this clutch?

I have a 34mm werks in my buggy, and I recently switched to a 32mm Werks in my truggy. I was having some issues with flame outs in truggy. I ran last night for the first time with the 32 and didn't have any issues. I haven't had any issues with the 34 in buggy. The Werks clutches wear really well.

Default Associated very cheap company

Just got my order from a-main. V1 arms, not V2. That was a waste of money.
Can't believe Associated was so cheap that they didn't give the new arms new part numbers. They may have save themselves a couple thousand $ in stock by not changing numbers but they lost a lot of respect in the market and it will be hard for me to ever buy an associated product again. By not changing the numbers, they screwed the customers over who don't know what they will be getting when they order. They screwed the hobby stores over because they don't know what they have in stock and they screwed the distributor over because they don't know what is on their shelves when stores call them.

E-mail A Main customer support, they will make it right. When I ordered mine I asked them to make sure they were the V2, and they said that's all they had in stock. All the V1s were sold out. Must have had a set slip through.

Does anyone have a setup sheet or suggestion for a loose track. My main problem with my b3 is that when its wet and has some traction it feels really good but once the track dries up it's really difficult to keep the rear in place.

So, you received some New Old Stock from A Main, and it's Associated's Fault?

I like the part "they lost a lot of respect in the market". This order of one set of arms spelled the companies doom!

Go thicker in the rear diff and run the pin in the upper holes of the rear hub in very loose tracks. Make sure to reset your camber and ride heighth. Enjoy

I am going to switch over to the bleeder caps, do I need to add a ring to the shock body?

No o-ring on the shock body needed.. It seals with the bleeder cap seals that replace your bladder under the cap. https://www.amainhobbies.com/team-as...c81184/p539418

Presumably you're going emulsion, so yes, also get the #81184 bleeder cap seals or cut out the stock bladders.
Or if you're not going emulsion, stick with the stock bladders.
