Mugen MBX7

Anyone run the E2519 damper piston (Φ1.2x8H taper)?
If so, what is your take on them. vs the Mugen 1.35mm Tapered 5-Hole that come stock with the mbx7 kit.
thx

Over the past 6 weeks, I've been testing with the CSI pistons, all three colors.
While I've found combos I like with the red and black CSI, I have yet to find a track that I like the blues.
Looking to try these Mugen 1.2 x 8 tapers to see if they'll pack a bit better that the red CSI's, but retain the faster rebound speed because of the taper.
This will be on an outdoor, clay based track that doesn't blow out, but can get rough and dusty.

Here are my thoughts on the stock Mugen 1.35mm Tapered 5-Hole vs Fioroni 15mm Ergal Dual Action 6 Hole Shock Piston
The Fioroni piston seem to have a lot more pack vs the 5 hole
Etc. when in the bumpy or rhythm part of the track the buggy seems to skip the top of the bumps, but at the same time once I’m out of the rhythm the buggy seem to be flat and ready to take on the next part of the track. I guess this is why the Fioroni piston has that O-ring around it. It puts pressure on the side of the shock body when you get a lot of force pushing through the piston holes. Which give you a harder pack.
Also, after jumps the buggy doesn’t need a lot of time to settle. It’s squared up and ready.
But the 5 hole seem to hold a better line in the tight turns of the track. From what I can see is the buggy leaning in more which in turn help me on the loose track gain more traction coming out of the sweeper or tight turns.
Not saying the Fioroni piston don’t lean. They lean, but not as smoothly as the 5 hole.

They are my favorite piston so far on the serpent been running them for a while now. I've never tried the CSI's. The Fioroni feel good on varying surfaces and land nice. Running them made my shock setup pretty easy I just adjust oils now for temp and I'm ready. I'm not fiddling with should I run 6 hole / 8 hole / 10 hole for this track for example.

I ran them (8x1.2 tapered facing down) last weekend with 42.5wt front and 37.5wt rear (losi oil) and kit springs and was very happy with the car.
