When using the Losi rear adjustable plates, what inserts do I use to match the stock setup on the 8T 2.0?

.5 out would be closest to 3.5 degree toe

Adam Drake's standard setup for the rear adjustable braces on the Losi site reads:

"Adjustable pivots with 1's up in the front and
0's in the rear"

Doesn't this equate to: 3 of antisquat and 2 of toe in
vs.
3 / 3 listed also on the same setup sheet?

+1 the charts that come with the losi blocks are wrong.

Is there a "corrected" chart for the adjustable braces?

CaseyP 03-17-2009 10:22 AM

rear blocks....

Although they may be slightly off from what a set up board might say these are the numbers you should go with if trying to copy a set up from the losi site.

0 0 = 2 anti squat and 3 deg of toe. So 1's up would be 3 deg of squat and 1's out would be 4 deg of toe

most are running 1's up and 0's in the rear. .5 out in the rear would be 3.5 toe.

hope that helps

My shocks were bled, and I run about 25% rebound. No issues there... Just seems that the longer shock can't take a hit like the 1.0 can.

Casey - Thanks for that! I guess I've been running 4 degrees toe-in. Still handled pretty good! :D What's the standard setup for the front adjustable blocks?

See that doesn't seem right to me. Drake is running 0 insetrs in the back and says that is 3 deg of toe in. If that is the case, then .5's in would be 2.5, 1's in would be 2, .5's out would be 3.5 and 1's out would be 4. I'm not sure really. What does the "REAL total" on your chart mean?
