The M2C kit is adjustable from 0.5° to 5.0° (in 0.5° increments) for Toe, and 1° to 5.0° (in 1.0° increments) for AntiSquat. There are also custom 0.25° increment inserts included with the kit. Plus, the anodizing matches the new 2.0 chassis and towers, and can be custom engraved with your name. :D

No problem - just putting a plug out there for M2C. I've had a great experience dealing with Mitch and his products.

The losi adj. rear toe blocks have a range of to between 2 and 4 degrees. Not sure about antisquat though. The losi system is really the best.

I finally got a chance to race my 8T 2.0 this weekend @ the Cabin Fever race in Lewiston, ID. I have to say, this thing is a world apart from the 1.0 I raced last season! However, I did manage to bend BOTH rear shock shafts! One in practice, which I straightened and kept using, and the other when I got rear-ended 3 laps into the B-main. The second wasn't even that hard of a hit... Has me wondering if that extra 20mm of travel is worth it!
Has anyone else had this problem? I NEVER bent one on the 1.0, and that thing went through hell! I'm really hoping this was just a freak occurance... But I'm now planning to have a couple spare rear shocks assembled and ready to go! My friend Heath bent one as well, but apparently he had the screw which holds the shock to the arm come loose, and the arm hit the shaft. He also had an outer rear bearing blow apart. Nothing was left but the inner and outer races (good thing I told him to check!!). Mine were also gritty after four 5-minute qualifiers, but still intact (I was running the cheap A-Main "ProTek" bearings). -Howard |

make sure the shocks are bled right. if they have been overfilled and the piston was all the way down it can cause the sharf to bend on a landing. i had this happen to my old car when i rebuilt a shock in a hurry. I landed a jump, piston went up. couldnt compress because the oil had no where to go, so the shaft bent instead.

i ALWAYS build my shocks with 100% rebound and i cant say ive ever bent a shaft from a landing or anything related to that...so i honestly dont think its the rebound....maby on the 2.0..but not the 1.0.
|
when you do a 100% rebound do you feel resistance as you push the shaft up? i have tried it but it seems like as i get closer to the shock body its pushing back pretty hard
