I dont think he would have given that answer if they were really coming out with one.
It looks like he was asked if an 8ight was coming out, perhaps it has a different name? Nothing would be said regardless (officially anyways), they're all bound by non-disclosure acts.

He said, "we don't have plans for a new buggy" so that would mean any buggy not just a name change. And that is a pretty darn concrete answer.

I cut and pasted the above, so I know it is correct. But here it is again:

"Grimlock- Not sure where you got that info, but we don't have plans for a new buggy and Kevin was running a std. buggy with the new inclinded spindles and castor blocks. Mike and I were also using the new blocks."

Where's the "banging head against a wall" smiley for me? This is possibly the most pointless debate of all time. You're just going to have to wait n' see like the rest of us.

I agree that is the situation we are in.

As I posted in the Losi forums, I wish this was more like real cars. I mean Ford isn't hiding the fact that next year they will be replacing their 4.6L with a 412HP 5.0L in the Mustang. Actually, they are advertising that fact very heavily. Will that hurt current 4.6L sales? Probably. But how many deposits and pre-orders do you think they have for the new 5.0L? I bet next year will be a VERY good one for the Mustang.

And this is coming from a guy who drives a Dodge.

The buggy ones will fit the truggy. I couldn't tell ya what they would do though. I haven't tried em yet. Not sure they are even available to the public yet.
