Yep I did the same thing left the link in the lower holeVsnd it was very loose. I'll have to try it again. What's the difference with the new shock towers?

omfg dude... the truck steers and responds like no other...and feels so much more planted and like you can push it harder...

there a little bit longer adds about another hole or 2 to the stock shock tower...i have some buddys that made one and he got it from my other buddy that is sponcered by losi he told us about it and they both love it..

billy ran it the day he was raceing in my neck of the woods and he was about 3-4 sec faster than the fastest guy behind him...which was also a losi sponcered guy in my area

i mean yea i know its BILLY FISHER..but just looking at the way it drpve vs the others you can tell something was up...then i asked him and he said it was the towers...

40w in the front with 54pistons
35w rear with stock 56 pistons black springs in the rear..(or the stock grey)

short camberlinks with the links mounted on the upper hole on the shock tower...

im waiting for the shock towers but i run the short links in the upper position and i love it...steers alot more

i did try it on the lower position and it was loose as helll...

and i beleive casey has recently gone up a touch in oil in the front to 42.5 wt

Arethe new shock towers like the king headz 2.0 towers? I noticed they have an extra shock mount hole on top. I also noticed th carbon towers from extreem have 4 camber mount links and 4 shock mount positions.

NOOOO....they are not the same man believe me... a buddy of mine called the kh guy and he even said they were not like the ones losi are bringing out...and he may even make some just like the losi ones now that he knows about them...

hear they are on some of the pro's trucks...notice that they stick up by the wing it self...(whitch is also why losi is debating on bring them out, because they are worried about people complaining IF they break...i say make a higher wing mout but oh well..i hear they are bringing them out soon so we will see.)

(truthe..he has the more factory looking tower)

The shock ends where fine.
Tankpull included.
New servo saver setup.

I personaly think the roller is mow realy race ready without having to upgrade some things.

Thanks looking forward to testing it this weekend if the weather plays along of course

Thats good to know. I think I will check the shocks just in case ;)

Last thing I need is the shocks to fall apart like on my 1.0 buggy. The XRAY
boys would happliy remind me of that if they do :)
