Which one

i'm going to motorama soon and I want my losi 2.0 truggie to rip and not give me issues. I have cheap back up engines like stock 454 and dynamite .21 and .28's but I want something nice now. So I've narrowed my choice to affordable werks b5 that everyone says is awesome or an exspensive toro nero long stroke 7 port. The problem is I like lots of power. Tell you the truth I love .28's despite there fuel economy and drive well with tons of power everywhere. Its not a problem at the local races here cause I can pit twice like everyone else and not run out of fuel. But everyone and there mother who races still acts like they need 10 min runtime motors and has real deal .21's. Soooo which of these motors sounds right for me? Thanks

I have heard good things about the toro it will def solve your need for up. The b5 is a little less on the up side but it does get the 10 min mark. I run speed engines and I still pit at 8+ mins I dot want to run out of gas. You can't place well if you are out of gas.

I want power out of a .21. Everyone runs .21's right? I never had one in my truggie. So I guess I wanna know if a cheap B5 is gonna feel slow to my lets say ready to run 454. And if so then I guess I'll prooly be more happy with the montser of .21's the el toro nero.

the Nero is FAR from being the most powerful .21 on the market.

JPX/Picco.21 takes that cake. ;)

IMO you should only use picco plugs...we've tested them back to back and found the Picco's to last way longer and are the proper heat range for the motor.

Little help here please. Where do I look to buy one>

My jpx 21 runs fine with an OS p8

Frank L 01-17-2010 12:19 PM

I have used os plugs in Picco, jammin, os and grp engines with great success. Plugs last in engines when they are properly tuned. I find that I change my plug just to change it because it has been in there for awhile and I don't want it to fail. Os plugs work fine for me either p8 or p4, unless it's a speed engine and then a p3 plug works best. Plus you can get them just about anywhere.
