FYI my switch to the 1.0 Steering Parts has solved my servo issue. I had a great race day yesterday, no blown servo gears.

Does anyone know if the LOSA1724 Arm Guards work with the 2.0? If not, does Losi have a set that does?

Default Shock Ends

They cost we second place in a 30 minute main this weekend. Are there any aftermarket shock ends out there? I'm going to change the shock shaft and see if these helps and ckeck the droop again.

Sorry to hear of your troubles mate. I have still had no issue with mine, touch wood. I replaced them out of the box with new ones and all seems cool so far.

Had a great day today at my local Club's Summer Series Round 2 today. Weather was changeable to say the least, from heavy rain and swimming pools to virtually dry and in between.

Ended up TQ'ing and winning the final. Took it nice and easy, don't see any point in winning by half a lap or more. It was a Losi 1-2 today.

I ran the VP-Pro tyres and set the quickest lap of the day along with beating my previous best by 2 seconds when using the GRP Grips. Will be using them more often I reckon.

What tyres are you guys using on what surfaces and how are you finding them compared to other brands you have used?

i run the jammin shock ends and spring retainers
you have to drill the hole out to 3.5mm so that they fit.
i've been running the same set for over a year. i had them on my first truggy and moved them onto my 8T 2.0 when i got it

Ok I stripped mine, but I guess it was a fluke thing. I'll just order another one.
Thanks

Had an issue with the shock ends my first 2 races. Then I rechecked my shock length as compared to a losi team drivers truck and paid extra special attention to the droop and -ALL IS GOOD NOW. Tq'ed and won its amazing what happens when you finish the race. Still trying to learn how to drive the losi since I switched about a month ago from a kyosho-They drive totally different, the losi enters the corner with morespeed where the kyosho powers out hard
Man I love this truck more and more every race day

With some minor modification the 1.0 mud guards work. Basically all you have to do is put them on with the outside hinge pin hole, rock the inner part down mark the new hole and across the bottom of the arm. Drill new hole in guard and cut bottom off. Trim the top to clear the body and wheel. Done took me about 5 mins.

i was rummaging around the lhs and found a piece of lexan .060 its about 12" x 12" then used some sheet metal shears and made some. Hell i should get off my butt and make some out of 24 gauge sheet metal like i did for a bud to put on his jammin, they were a little heavy but they will last forever.

is there anythin else that i need to change? i plan on gettin the 2mm adapters for the steering just dont have the cash right now and i can deal with rubbin till i get some, damage is already done so im not in a big hurry.
