I have alu hubs on my electro Mugen and the bearing is even a little tight. I grease the outside of the bearing a little to get them out easier.

Hammer and something to heat the flywheel. Just buying a new flywheel and be done with it.

You can shim it two ways, one just find a shim the same diameter as the post or the easiest shim to find is to drop one in where the top bearing goes before you put the bearing in.....It works great....

Email is a great way to communicate, however I have never had a response from Mugen.....It's like they don't exist.....

yeah its not cheap but I looked at it 2 ways.

1. good tools last forever.....
2. with the price of the mugen bones it pays for itself the first time I replace all the pins as 6 bones are more expensive than the tool

I use the HARD replacement tool and it works great.

It is $10 cheaper than the hudy and you can replace the parts of the tools if they break or wear out. I have never used the hudy and i am sure it would be super high quality, just depends which way you want to go.

I think they sell them on the hard web site or www.rc-mushroom.com, not sure where else stocks them. I have never had a problem with mine and it works a treat

I use a chain breaker I bought of eBay. Less then 40$. I have replaced my pins many, many times. Break a pin and a new one is about 5 bucks. Heavy duty
