Default Cleaning

What u guys use to clean this buggy?Look like the mbx6 doesn't like the "hose it down".Any time I just water it down I get rust problem in the diff outdrive +bearing area.Even if I spray wd40 on it after I dryed the buggy..Otherwise the buggy is awesome! Let me know what u guys recommend ...thanks!

Its odd that the manual does not list a part number for this specific pin.

I'm installing the avid brake rotors on the buggy, I noticed that the bottom portion that holds the brakes in place does not fit with these rotors should I take these of?

So I got my M-Spec and I'm trying to fit my Werks B5 w/ the 2013 pipe and it seems like the header sticks out a little too far on the chassis. A buddy told me to get a Ninja JX header, I think it's the MBX6-80 - 21-B, the problem is, my 2013 pipe has 4 holes for springs but the Ninja header only has 3. It does seem to be a more tight bend on the header and brings the pipe in closer to the engine, but doesn't really fit well with the pipe (it's loose at the connection and only has 3 holes for springs). Any suggestions? Run the 2013 as is? I looked and even the Nova 41029 header only has 3 holes in it for springs so that doesn't seem like it'll work either.

Yes run it as is. I run the 2013 just like it is.

Or get a different pipe. But running it as is will be fine. Just melts the body a little.

I just machined a better hole pattern into the flange on the end of the Ninja header pipe so it would match up with the 2013 pipe and allow me to use 4 springs. I really don't like how the 2013 w/ stock header fits in there compared with a more narrow header. And I'd hate to get hacked and have my pipe/header damaged because it sticks out too far. Just my $.02.

Not saying it cant happen but we have had no problems. My sons 2057 has zero dents in it.

you can bend the header, just put 2 sockets that fit tight in each end and squeeze them together. bends very easily

no buggy does.

there are 57 ways to clean a buggy... the one I've come to is "dry" cleaning. Every time I use any fluid (wd40 or other) available around here (WE) I run into issues like squeak and friction. Now, I just brush dust off first (10mn at least, as much as I can), clean the tank with alcohol, clean the radio tray with WD40 (only place where I use it) and the suspension/transmission gets cleaned part-by-part.

Hosing cars with water I still can't think it won't hurt it... I'm amazed some people actually do it at all.
