Also got:
Castle Monster X w/2200kv motor
Protek 170SBL servo
Arrma Backflip wheels and tires
Tekno 18T Mod1 pinion
Proline Raptor body
M2C Go Big kit (also to get more room to mount ESC)
M2C center chassis brace

Still to order:
Receiver
M2C rear chassis brace
M2C shock towers w/ Arrma body mounts

This is the most expensive kit I've ever ordered in my 13 years in the hobby so I'm excited. I've been wanting an MT410 for years but could never justify it. I'll probably try it on 3S at first and then maybe step up to 4S.

great build. Don’t waste your time on 3s.
4s is perfect with that combo.

Will a Hobbywing 1900 work in this truck? Seems everyone is going with 2200. I got a spare and trying to see what all I need if I buy a kit.

I ran mine on 3s and it was plenty for me especially as light as that truck is

CoryRC 12-12-2020 07:59 AM

I only have 4s. Would 1900kv motor be ok for the mt410?

Thanks! I only have 3S batteries right now so I want to try those out to see how fast the truck is going to be. I've only really been crawling for the past few years so I want to start off slow. :D

trust me 3s is a great place to start you’ll be good

Raguvian 12-14-2020 12:18 PM

Thanks for the videos! The second video shows how quick it is with 3S. I know motor kv and gearing will affect that as well, but as long as I have the batteries, might as well start off with them.

I'm also having thoughts of 3D printing some shock mud guards. I'll have to see how that turns out but I'm in no rush to build the kit.

Wow, thanks for going through the effort and trouble of putting this altogether! Much appreciated, looks like I have a lot of catching up to do.
