Class - Box Stock
Date - 6/25/2024
Location - Iowa
Race Time - 333.184
Fastest Lap - 4.197
Chassis - MR-03 MM
Body - McLaren 12C
Wheelbase - 98mm
Tires - PN KS Medium / Marka V1R10
Motor - Stock
Batteries - Orion 750 SHO
Front Springs - Green
T-Plate - Kyosho Carbon Firm
Motor Mount - Stock
Dampener (If applicable) -
Dampener Fluid (If applicable) -
Gearing - 7T, stock diff
Notes - New set of rubber this month. I think the fronts were trued to 22.3mm and sides glued. Switched to a green springs to take even more traction out. This allows the car to mellow out on my uneven track. Softer springs help mellow out more, but then I am really waiting for the car to rotate in every corner. You can see from last month, car isn't as fast, but easier to drive consistently.

We had 10 drivers posting 27 entries last month, including some new racers. Welcome to all the new racers! Please reach out if you have questions of any kind. The Mini96 is a little challenging but when you master it, it’s really fun and will help with driving at all scales.
I broke box stock into two classes, Sportsman and Expert, to help make it more of a race for the new drivers. Hopefully this change works for everyone but please reach out and let me know if it is an issue for anyone.
Huge thanks to Marwin for all the years of keeping the Mini96 World Challenge running smoothly. I will do my best to be a good steward of the challenge.

i think the f1 will have better time getting around this layout. Ill be switching it up soon.
Side note: Ill be moving my track to my garage in FL so i can leave it together for longer periods of time. Currently i have been running in the house in air condition. Is there anything to help keep the heat from runing the track? Florida gets to about 95F-100F during july and august months. Im assumig the garage may be a bit hotter since i wont be running the garage fans unless i am working in the garage or running the RC.

yes you will need to make a few valid post before you can add photos or links, I also believe there is a daily limit on how many post you can do. If you have more questions after you reached your daily limit, use the FB group.
