Correct... Staying in the correct line was a real problem for me. Hopefully I can do a better job with this new no fuzz crc carpet: I already have a heavy chassis(132g), hopefully stiff enough with future plans to eliminate top shock weight by about 40g... I should be good after that...TQ&Win + fastest lap without a Motolyzer..lol....

I agree with kregger that layout made for good racing in all classes u blow a line loose a position and have to fight to get it back kregger knows that getting beat by me with a cheapo chassis

I will be using the same exact car(plus mods) I used at 360v1 in 2008 against Kregger&son... I'm sure they'll remain in my review mirror, but we'll have fun...lol...
Hopefully they too upgraded to tc7.1's ...
My standard shocks weigh 12grams each. How much does a tc7.1 short shock weigh ???

Good to know ...thanks... I know AE standard springs weigh about 3grams, so I guess the short ones are about two grams, and the oil might be another 1.5grams, for a total of 9.9grams.... Not that much loss compared to the 2gram tubes....

Not to sound like a jerk but stop modding the car and run laps the amount of money u are spending on that outdated car is only ganna put u in the back of the b or c main because u are worried about grams

^^ agreed, I'd rather have a slower heavier car that drives awesome than just a light weight car.

now if it's the deciding factor between first and second then yea do what ya gotta do.

I did the heavier car thing from 2008(1700+grams) to 2014(1448grams), and got faster losing grams. Now that I can reach the 1350gram minimum, I will be focused on losing grams high on the chassis, but I will still use all the available options , just like the tc7.1...

1380 is the minimum for tc still 1420 for gt and vta i say stop modding the car leave it at 1448 and get a new chassis for tc i had to add over 50 grams to make minimum 1380 for tc so spend the money on a new chassis and upgrade ur car not mod it it just might make you at the top of the b instead of the bottom

My car is already as light as your 1330gram tc7, but once I get the dynotech light axles, my car will be under 1320grams, and I will come down to 360v2 to race...
Redrc did confirm the new roar 1350g minimum weight... Double check that. You might be missing out ....
