Your'e a team driver for Corally. Corally gives you a discount and/or support to say that. I paid $400+ for the kit. I speak what I believe is the truth.

You seem like a nice guy, I hope I did not offend you.

Default 64 Pitch pinions

Can anyone help me out? Thinking of changing over to 64 pitch, what range/size pinions will fit?

Seems a little fragile though. Never seen clear plastic with enough strength before. It can be hard to bend, however, will easily crack under stress... will have to test them against the wall.... hehehe

I've got a TA05 stock chassis for sale if anyone is interested.

Also, I'm wondering if the tamiya carbon fiber shock towers help with performance. From what I can see, they have on extra hole. Anybody have some insight? Thanks--Al

I don't know that I saw any big difference, but yes they have an extra hole. It looks like Tamiya is going to release carbon graphite versions of the stock pieces soon.

I wish they would hurry up and release the carbon fiber chassis. They sell a ton of those in the 1st week.

How much weight do you guys figure I would lose if I got the carbon K & A parts?? 6-7 grams..maybe more??--Al

It replaces a lot of pieces...my guess would be more like 20+ grams. I have all the graphite pieces on and am very happy with the car. But, to tell you the truth, the car doesn't need to lose weight. Everybody goes crazy over and ounce or two, but the car still is VERY compeitive out of the box. I think if I were to get a second TA05...I would only get the TRF shocks and leave everything else alone.

88 to 106 spurs, 33 to 48 size pinions. All depends on the motor...

I'd go with a 104 spur and have between a 29-37 pinion. That should cover anyhthing from a decent mod to stock. If you have a low wind mod or a silver can you will need to expand that pinion list.
