Right then I'll give it a go, to think I was actually thinking of raising the roll centres with the blocks, proves what I know!
Will I still get good direction change as it is a pretty technical track, a few chicanes in there?

Since i've started doing it I've found that the wheel arches take a lot longer to start cracking at the wheelarches etc.

I'm gonna try that Extra post to see if that helps

Yep, center front body post is the single best non-handling change I've made to my car. Wheel arches last longer, and body tuck on the tires seem to happen less.

guys,
whats the best way of loosening up the car a bit when you have too much grip?
I've got a t3 '11, have recently rebuilt it, took it for a practice day yesterday on a high bite technical/mid carpet track, car felt awesome to drive, went exactly where I intended, great balance left/right front/rear, the problem is my lap times were a little down on what I would normally expect.
I think if anything I was generating too much grip and was bogging the car down, scrubbing off too much speed in the process.
I've got my setup posted here if anyone wants to cast there eyes over it:

Shock bladders ripped ??
I have just gone to rebulid some 2nd hand shocks I brought to find that the bladders in all four shocks were ripped around the lip with only about 2mm left holding it together.
The bladders are the new 2011 low membranes.
Has anyone else had this happen to them ??
or is this some team speed secret ??
I don't see how they could be torn like this
The shock caps also had been drilled out and plugged with grub screw for rebound I guess

My low-profile membranes have torn before, but not as bad as that. My guess is that either the shock caps were screwed on too tight or the shock shafts were pushing all the way up into the membranes.

I tried every conceivable orentation and when installed, the steering ball caps rub on the belt when turning the wheel left to right. Its only 2 or 3mm off, but its enough
