1. Locknut from spool lost tread in first 2 seconds of tighting,
2. Hard to tweak
3. In one CVD holl wasn't centred,
4. One screw witch is for block CVD was broaken,
5. Very tight ends from stearing rod and camber rods...
that's all for now, we'll see what about shocks

The rod ends for the Steering and Camber links are designed to be tight.
Just install them on the ball them grab them with some pliers to free them up. This way you will acheive the amount of free-ness you desire with out having a ball cup that is slack and free enough to fall off with a knock.
Hard to tweak ? ? Please can you explain what you mean by this .
Sure if you take some pictures of the CVD that has a miss-aligned hole in and forward them to Ae they will replace this.

The locknut in the spool is a weak point but i have installed one from a B4 and this is much better quality (i believe the B4 one is steel).

TC6
TC6 quality
First, The car handles great and has an uber amount of traction.
Definitely will use the car but for the novice building this kit could be a pain.
this is the third TC6 I've built since the release, love the blue
each has had a few minor flaws.
car #1
-one screw in bulk head tapped incorrectly. (believe this problem is fixed from production)
+ diff locknut very weak (replace w B4 version)
car #2
-motor mount screw alignment inaccurate. (still existing issue) but very easily fixed...does not cause issue with tweak...bought a new motor mount brace.
-CVD issue with pin alignment-PITA - replaced with a new one
+ diff locknut very weak (replace w B4 version)
car #3-
-almost all screws were manufactured incorrectly, cannot use any of my wrenches they just won't go in.
-CVD issue with pin alignment-PITA - replaced with a new one
+ diff locknut very weak (replace w B4 version)
Is anyone at Associated even concerned with these issues. this makes for a disappointing build process.
I noticed the latest batch has a manual check list for parts from the factory but i don't think the major prob was parts in the box. It's the quality of parts in the box.
side note: anyone notice the Hard Chubs are so brittle if you breath on them they break. I broke both sides at the same time....that was a first.

I was lucky, too. The missing parts were included by TT in Germany before the kits shipped. Also no problem with the hard plastic parts.
If the quality drops now then it is a thing with the chinese manufactorer of the parts. The first parts are made with more accuracy and maybe quality checks to calm the ordering party. With more time passing some chinese manufactorers tend to fall back to a lower level and cause big problems... Until AE would recognize the damage would be huge.
It is all speculation, but one aspect when producing parts in china.

I had one of the first UK batch to arrive and the only issue was one of the studs for the roll bars was not threaded, it was 'ribbed' i.e no continuous thread!
CML replaced the part for me FOC however!
Other than that, no issues at all. I was warned about the motor/chassis mount hole lining issue, mine was spot on.
