It seems the o-rings are to snug on the shock shafts and after a few strokes they wipe the oil away and they begin to stick and the pointer on the shock matching tool goes all over the place. I think that much of diffrence in sticktion can be over by a spring, IMO you just to have make Spring preload, Length and rebound of the shock equal. to make rebound equal I just stick a C shaped ring on the shaft while I build one as picture, come to my blog for more detail tips

Anybody out there in XXXS land got any of the Dynamite alloy stuff they want to get rid of ?? Looking primarily for the roll center blocks and pivots. Not so much interested in the bling so they don't have to be in perfect shape. Just trying to make the car work smoother and the Dynamite stuff has the delrin bushings. Let me know what you have and we'll see if we can make a deal. Thanks All

you should just mount rear suspesion block to front to get rid of that pin angle to free up the front end.

check out my blog for the detail.

the longer belt with a longer pully plate (metal oeice) makes the belt wrap around the center pully deeper, less tension needed or less skipping. IMO

I myself run the yellow xxx-4 belt in my xxx-s using the long belt conversion fits great an works well so far.
It's just easier for me too keep one type of belt spare for both cars, and ive ran a mamba 5700 for 12 months then fitted a 6900 for a while now running a 4600 and still on the same belt in the xxx4.

So i figure they cant be too bad just my 2c worth.

Is xxx-4 belt less falling out and lasts longer? Long belt kit is just tensioner, or anything more? My friend has many problems, his belt is falling all the time, changed bearings, new belt and problem still is there, that is why we think of longer belt which is more on pulleys.
We run modified motors, 4-5T.
