do you know what are the other Squat bearings?
I can´t find any information at the Squat site, at least not one word in English regarding the different bearings.

At the R10 partslist I found

im thinking that the body used at Reedy on Suri's car might have been the Legacy... just got mine from R10, and i dunno... looks about exactly the same. very nice body, id say... other than no window masks. nice TRF sticker sheet with it, plus its marked for 415 and Evo holes...

wish they were gonna be tcs legal... sort of.

they would definitely take away from the spirit of TCS...

In regards to the body, I'm sticking with what da man told me...

The subarratus looks nice and should be a very nice handling body, but yeah it does take away the cool scale racing appearance that tcs provides us with :) I believe Fred said that they won't be legal for TCS this year, but I'd check with him on that one.

actually, on the website where you register for the NA Finals, it say down part way,

"the Subaru B4 Legacy #53727 will not be legal for the Finals"

Fred probably got lotsa calls bout it, im sure! no biggie, really.. the F360 does pretty well, and i have an NSX and the Mercedes CLK also.

Just listed my EVO IV on ebay as im not going to be using it, should be on the site when they next up date it.

Mine is the only EVO IV on ebay in the UK so it should get some interest.

Well, there you go. If you had a £195 'buy it now' cos that's what the kits cost on import from Rainbowten, and took Paypal, I'd have had it, as we're going to get #2 for outdoors.

Thats what you pay before postage and VAT at customs.

does anyone know wich plastic prop joint from other tamiya cars fit on the evo iv? mine broke today, and i have a race on sunday, so there's now time left to order in japan..... :-(

Question for you guys, am I gonna have to clip off an ear on the servo for the Evo IV? I'm just trying to decide which servo to toss in mine when it arrives. One of my s9550 already clipped from my Evo III... and the newer one is in my 415.

For the prob joints.. do you mean drive cups for the main shaft? Seems to be a weak link. I wonder if wrapping the cup with strapping tape will hold it together. Or would it be a good preventive measure til we can find some aluiminium ones? Hmmmm

Could you drill out the Yokomo cups? I know the Yokomo shafts are thinner than the Evo ones. So the hole in the cup would be smaller.

You do have to clip off a corner of the servo just like the Evo3. In fact, the entire Evo3 set up including the steering link and alumnium servo mount is identical to the Evo4 and drops right in, although you are suppose to mount the link in a different hole on the servo saver.

My weak point in the car thus far has been the spur gear. In a hard direct frontal crash that gave first before anything else in the drive train.
