Diameter for tires

What dia. of front and rear tires are you guys usually running?
I mean not for training, but for the mains, when you need best possible performance?

1.65" fronts and 1.75" rears. This is for big races on carpet.

Page 999 here. I think it could be because you might not be using the "forum default" display option. for number of posts per page...

Go to "user control panel" then "edit options" then about halfway down the page you'll find a sestting for number of posts per page... if yours doesn't say "Use forum default" you'll get a different page count...

If that's not it, I'm out of ideas...

1.65" is 41.9mm - that seems good to me. 1.75" is 44.45mm -- this seems a little big to me. my 1/12th scale really handles well on carpet with rear tires below 43.5mm.

Confirmed. I went into the control panel and set mine to display 40 posts per page. now I'm on page 749 as well...

----really weak humor alert----
Good to know we're on the same page here...
----end alert mode----

Hi, awhile back there was a post made about wiring 1/12th pan cars. it was a complete walk through on how to make the cleanest and lightest wiring job possible. Could someone please point me in the right direction for that post, i cant seem to find it.
