They will work in your MI2 eveywhere but the outdrive bearings, as the ones on the EC are unflanged.

Is it ok to mount the rx on the upper deck chassis? And does the belt tension have to be tight when running stock or there should be some slack?
Just got hold of a used mi2 and the car looks sweet! Can't wait to test it on our track.

The yellow seal bearings are the new standard bearing. We are using the same part numbers as the original blue bearings but they have more finely machined races and higher grade balls.
If you want some just the regular bearings from your kits parts list and you will get the new bearings.

marcosj - thanks for showing your kit.
Im using a novak gt7, so its a bit crowded, but i'll find a way to mount it on the lower chassis. Thanks. By the way, is the teemu riser plates thicker than the box stock riser plates?

once upon a time i ran the gt7 in my car as well and was able to get everything to fit nicely with room to spare. One thing you may want to try is to mount the receiver parallel with its back to the belt If that makes sense. That way the your weight it more centered and you'll have more than enough room for your speedo and anything else. I can post a pic later if you like.
Congrats to PW on his win at the FSEARA race this weekend! And thanks to Paul, Troy, Tony P, Ed, and Fernando for all of their help this weekend and for helping to get my car back on the track

Congrats to Paul Wynn for Winning the Open Mod Florida Series and Steve McNichols for Winning the 19T Florida Series. Both drivers were absolutely Dominant with their Mi2's.
We didn't win stock this year because last year Tony Padilla won stock with his Mi2 and he stepped up to 19T and Mod for 2005
Hopefully this years Stock winner wont be a Sand Butter...er...Bagger and will step up to 19T and Mod for 2006.
