that is a nice ride, when can i get one?

is schumacher doing a new car, or just some updates on the mi2?

i am thinking about getting a second one, but if it is going to be changed i will wait.

i am going to order the tamiya shocks this weekend. can i run the schumacher pistons or only the tamiya?

i love my mi2. i have added most of the hop ups that are avalelable. the car just keeps getting better.

Now, if only the weather will cooperate, I can start testing too.

Same here. I've only been able to run outdoors three times this year. We may get rained out again this weekend.

Way to early to say....We are still very busy finalizing the new "Stunt truck". Once the "Havoc" is done, then touring car update discussions will begin

If the weather is bad for next weekend and I can't run my R12 then I'll probably throw my oneway in and go carpet racing and run some 19T or stock

Default Spring Chart

Where can i find a copy of the schumacher spring chart? I have a little tail wipping issue that i'm close to getting resolved but dont want to screw up by puttingin the wrong springs.

BTW. WHen having such a problem, should i first consider changing the oil to maybe a harder substance in the front and then mess with the springs or should i change the springs first and then oil? At what point should i say the variation btwn the front and rear springs are too far before considering changing the oil?

Thanks.
R.

Yes, BMI is selling them. Click the link in my sig to get the phone number and give Jason a call Monday. He's a good guy and turns out a great product. They retail for $110 for the chassis and upper deck. I'm working on my BMI car right now. I should have it ready to race next weekend. I'm doing the chassis prep right now. There's not as much prep needed on the BMI chassis as others I've run. Everything is nice and clean on it. I'll post up some pics once I get it finished.

Hi guys,

If I wanted to run the Mi2 with the front riser plates replaced by 1mm shims how do I brace the front end to maintain the strength?

Do I need to use the front end of the riser plate with longer screws and lock-nuts?

Thanks in advance,

Dan Hamblin

That's the way most of us have run ours. The front part of the riser plate acts as a reinforcement once the roll center is lowered.
