A few Schuie drivers have mentioned these are being developed, but Chris Ashton managed to bend one first time out so their design is still being worked on.

most excellent response. however i wasn't disagreeing with your post. only pointing out that there are some circumstances, that going to a local hobby shop for what you want isn't a option. I.E. they don't carry and don't intend on carrying the stuff i want. BTW, just to put all the cards on the table, i race with randy and buy from him all the time.

Right, i know all the talk in this thread at the moment is on the Mi3, but i have something semi-schumacher related.

Well, i bought some schuey XVS cells not long back, built them up and i have only just got round to charging them.

Now all 3 packs got to about 500mah-ish and then cut off (using an orion advantage) so i thought weird.

Put the multimeter accross each cell and some of them weren't reading anything. Tried discharging them and charging them again and 2 packs charged up to about 3300/3400mah but the other pack (with 2 cells at considerabley less voltage than the others) just keeps cutting off saying 'check battery' (or something along those lines)

There isn't any signs of blown cells, they were bought new. I have built many packs of cells in the past so i don't think i damaged them with the iron. Any idea what it could be?

did you build them, tray em...and wait a long time to charge them?...if so there dead (garbage)...but maybe your peak detect to to low...put them at a 02-03 cutoff...but if they are warn at 500 seconds...then throw them away

I practiced today on the 2004 worlds track and my car was super good! I will get a setup sheet sent over to Schumacher USA during the week for them to post

The major differences in the setup was using Mi2EC arms and added a 3rd hole on the steering block (middle of the stock holes).

Not familiar with the Schumacher Cells as we don't have them over here. Are they IB cells? IB's have a bad habit of discharging themselves to a point that they die and can't come back. I've had it happen to 3 cells over time.
