Is this capacitor ok to use? I have speedpassion super capacitor board probably better then this one.
I use 10.5t motor pushed to the limit so it's Like running 5.5 or 6.5 without turbo timing.
Can i use same setup as on 120a for 10.5t motor?
Thanks
Just leave it alone. I have a 60A and theres absolutely no difference in performance with a 120A.

No problem whatsoever changing the wires to 12AWG, may give less voltage drop but if your wires are as short as they should be then the V drop will be negligible anyhow...... Certainly for the 'longer' battery wires there may be a measurable difference, but for all the hassle of de soldering the wires and the resultant heat return to the speedo it probably isn't worth the hassle.

Now the 4 part Capacitor........ personally I like the bigger capacitor, seems to reduce heat in both the ESC and the Motor, also is considerably easier to mount than the side by side layout on the 2 part capacitor board, i personally tape it down the centreline of the chassis next to the belt as this is neatly hidden and nicely protected from knocks etc, again you may notice a difference but then again you may not.

Pays your money etc......

It's safe to use turbo function on a 60A ESC?.

What's the motor limit for the turbo?

I've ran full turbo and boost with a 10.5 before. I'm sure you can go to an 8.5T, but on lower settings

Hi, Xerun drivers.

The forum is not buzzi at the moment, it's pitty because I see the Xerun 120
become faster and faster, and this we al looking for.
And realibillity is quit good.
Show some settings for 13.5 and 4.5t for TC if you like.
Let not all the work to be done by cherryblost he is a great guy and

Questions?? XeRun 60A

Hi all,
I have a XeRun 60A V2.1 in my Yokomo Bmax4 together with a Ballistic 7.5 with a roll out of 9.0.
Speedo and lipo are around 40°C and motor at 62°C after a 8 - 10 min run on an Astroturf track.
Software is V1.10_091218a_t which I think is an old version (version 27). Punch is at 5 and timing at max.
I would like to have some more top end on the straight, smoother acceleration (more lineair) out of the corner, better brakes and cooler temperatures of the motor.
Which software version is advised?
Probably a lot to ask for but it is not really clear which are the best softwares per application.
Thanks in advance.

This motor is for the Xerun60A in my opinion to heavy, but compair the specification of both motors and look to the amps they consume.
If this is close then it is OK if not you have to purschase the Xerun120A.

Good luck
