I don't have a picture now, check page 5 of your manual which is the diff build. The final picture shows the completed diff with the 1510 bearings being put on, before you put the bearings on the outdrives you would put the 0.1 shims on first.

0.1 refers to the thickness right? what about the circumference?

A bit confuse here but as far as i know upon installation of the Tamiya aluminium diff holders there are only 3 bearings involve. bearing 850 2 pcs and 1 thrust bearing.

Not inside the diff, they go outside into the eccentric bearing holders which fit in the bulkhead.

Yes i get what you mean. I think you are referring to the original plastic diff holders. The aluminium one does not use that bearing as the tensioner of the pulley is also supplied along with 53919 aluminium differential holder. Tried using the bearing on it but it will only be hanging on the outdrives

No, he is referring to the plastic diff holders that came with the aluminum bulkhead. Please post a pic of your issue, we will try to help you out. I have the alum diff and bulkhead..
Here is the latest pic of my build. Still waiting for my last bag of Hop-ups!

Thanks... I had another 3mm of space to spare so that is where I housed the extra wire. The only thing that I do not like is that the Tekin motor weighs about 18 grams more than the LRP x12. Still thinking about switching it back to the LRP... But then again I spent all that time with the blue wire! LOL
Pingers: your ride looks great... What body are you going to get for TCS? I'm heading to trackside myself.. Will probably be running the F430... Not sure yet though.
