Try Marc's setup....and I think 7.5 final on your 6.5 should work cause you are running slower motor and smaller track. But check temp on your motor after a few minutes of running.

And a 17.5 with 2s batt with timing and boost in the summer.
Check your PM...thanks.

Hey guys i'm looking for a speed passion ESC that also does "Blinky" mode with a 17.5 motor for stock sedan racing this winter. I don't ever plan on using in for mod racing. I am really confused as to what to get... Any recomendations?
Do either of these do Blinky mode?

Mike,
Both can do Blinky mode. The 2.1 can also do different software programs. If you only plan to run Blinky then the Cirtix is perfect for you. It is also a lot less expensive than the 2.1.

Yeah i only plan on racing blinky mode. So here is another question. Is the 17.5 Sp motor that you can buy as a combo any good or should i look for something different?

The V2 motor it comes with works great, but if you want something faster, i would recommend the MMM 17.5.

I am local to you and have a very fast Fantom Duo 3 17.5 I could sell. I could maybe get you new Revtech also.

I became a huge fan of SP after Running them in my buggy. Just acquired a Hyper 10sc wanting a Esc and motor for it. But recently noticed that the SP stuff has disappeared off of Amainhobbies.com except for Silver Arrow, is something new coming out and if so when would rather run SP then Tekin or Castle

Which software do people run for boosted mod? I am going to be running a 5.5 and want to run boost, it's been a while since I ran an SP speedo so I am out of the loop. I've got a 2.0 Pro in the mail.
