Yes - I think TOP got behind schedule as they have another pan car in the works.

Maybe EJ, OD or another TOP distributor can chime in with time lines before I give away more mis-information

Ever since I bought mine it's been the same, there is not always stock around, I think with TOP it's a deliberate effort to always keep models fresh/current, there has been like two version changes since I got mine, and I think they make a few running updates to various parts.

Thanks Mike, that's pretty close to where it's at. The current production run has run out and we are waiting for the next batch of kits which will be available in June. And yes, the new 1/10th pan car will be released this month. WGT anyone?

My narrow chassis. I used the original lipo chassis and removed about 1/4 inch from each side. I had to remove some material under the diffs so I could flip them and move the electronics in closer. The car balances very well and handles like a dream.

I'm running on asphalt. I did try it one week on the carpet but didn't play with setup very much. I didn't really see any change on the carpet.

exactly! too soft, it ruins the rear tires and the rear is not going down in the fast corners ...
the advantage is that it has more steering in tight turns and changes of direction.
I have compared with the Lipo Stiff, there is no comparison, the Stiff is better!
