You could fabricate sway bars with a metal coat hanger and save some $$$. It's very easy and you can use stiffer steel if you want so they actually do something. The neon bars are very cool looking though, my f has them just for show. Adjusting droop did way more to keep the car flat and not traction roll than sway bars.

That sway bars for $50.00 is too spensive. There's no way I pay that for those.

Yes, it will work as long as you have a TA03 gear diff to install this kit. This kit will not work on a ball diff.

Check out RCMart's sale page for this item and it includes a picture of the instructions.

What gearing are you running for your VTA car? I was thinking about trimming the gear box a bit, but I haven't gotten to test what I can fit in their yet.

Running a 37t. Seems just right for MRH. I think I fit up to 39 or 40t without modification.

Sorry I double checked you can fit up to a 42t but you can't put the motor cover back on. The 42 interferes with the aluminum heat sink motor cover. The stock plastic cover is worse. It didn't seem much faster with the 42t but it was really noisy without the cover.

Btw I went up to MRH tonight to race vta but they only ran 17.5 tonight

@Raman...I have added a stipulation to our deal, even though I have already sent the parts lol

We need pictures of your TA03RS with that Porsche body you told me about. I wish you could understand how jealous I am!

Tamiya should re-release this chassis permanently and create a 03 Spec class for TCS.

+1

I have my own 03F safely locked away in storage but I'd LOVE to get a new one and build it up for VTA or similar... Still one of the most fun cars I've ever driven with mod in it
