Yes....it´s very complicate for me, because i come from GP and now i change to EP....it´s more simple to race.

For now i not sure if better torque or rpm independent of ratio (pinion;spur).

But i belive that more RPM is a best choise....a think that motor with more torque is easier to car oversteer....

Sorry about my english.

regulations is spelled correctly according to my spellchecker the way I used it in a sentence, I did not know English is not your first language so never mind my criticism of your sentence, I know it doesn't always translate the same thru certain languages

Default 2012 Williams paint colour

I'm about to do a Williams 2012 colour scheme on the new Tamiya F2012 body. But the dark blue is giving me some grief.

The tamiya PC-4 Blue is quiet a darkish blue, but I do not think it is dark enough. Anybody done this paint scheme and if so, what paint did you use.

Other option is to mix a dash of black into a blue Faskolor and make my own.. They don't seem to do a dark blue either.

Thanks.

big-al, any picture of the nose section of your Gold Leaf Lotus body? I would like to see how you did the gold color section on the nose.

The Asian On Road Championship in Melbourne, Australia in early July is using Ride R1's as control tyres on CRC carpet. I've tried searching RC Tech for advice but couldn't find anything.

I run a Tamiya F104 v2 and have used Ride R1's successfully on outdoor asphalt but I've never run on carpet before.

Does anyone have advice for running R1's on carpet?
Any thoughts on traction compound to use?

Thanks in advance.

I like it Marty!! That's what you and I were discussing recently...having the engine be separate from the body so that the engine can pivot with the rear pod, instead of the rear pod pivoting within the engine.

Tamiya PS Dark blue #89925

Anybody know if this paint is still available and where one may get it.

In Aus, I can only seem to find the tamiya spray cans with a PS # number.

Any advice and how good do those VF1 cars look. Excellent job.

I just painted this McAllister IndyCar body. Not sure what scheme I will go with...maybe "Home Depot"? It is designed to go onto the Tamiya F104 Chassis, but is best suited for the F104W. I'll post photos of it when I get it mounted and decaled.

Where is the rip? Don't see it. Were you able to fix it?
