1/10 R/C F1's...Pics, Discussions, Whatever...
Might be a dumb question but from a scale of buggy to TCs, how important is a setup station? Buggy it’s nice to have but heard it’s essential for touring cars
Is there any other essential pit items to have?

Servo savers
Just curious if you guys are running servo savers on your F1 cars seems like I bought a couple years and neither one of them have a servo saver on it. I would think with the front wheels as exposed as they are you would want some type of protection.
Xray servo saver is what I normally run. Ran my F1 with a direct horn once and it didn't take much to kill the gears in my $120 servo.
Sorry I kinda rushed my question but yes any F1 essential items. Some things i can think for buggy are spare arms, hubs, turnbuckles, etc. More just spare parts and a couple different sets of tires. Maybe even shock oil in case a different weight is needed.
Pinions, spurs, diff balls and a few fluids should be able to get you up to speed at any track, assuming you're on the correct tire. I like to have a spare front and rear wing, just in case.
Enjoy!!!

Have any of you guys tried toe-in on your cars? If so, what did you find out?

I was at .5 toe in ea side, drove badly, Once I went to 1.5 toe out per side, amazing how drivable it was. I was somewhat surprised, I’m used to toe out for sedan, surprised how much it affected the F1
I use this servo for my buggies and has been good to me. Would this work well in an f1? I would assume so.

Anyone have any idea how to address the slop in the front wheel where the king pin goes or do the new models do the same thing? This is a kf01 kyosho. https://youtube.com/shorts/HehBRmHdy...6qrjFaEMGhwSb4

Replace those KF014 may solve your issue, If it doesnt then maybe your knuckle needs to be replaced as well
