I think RC Champ have both aftermarket and Tamiya bodies for the 103. rcmart and D-Drive sports have aftermarket bodies too

Default just sharing

hey guys,

I have been running the 103 for a few weeks now and
I absolutely love its simplicity and speed. Here are some
pics of my kit.

We run spec class using silver can.

Default F103 alive and kicking in Seattle

I just wanted to pop on and mention that Seattle Indoor Raceway has an F103 class every other Saturday. This weekend we had a total of 12 racers and I imagine it will be growing. The hobby shop on-site cant keep the F103RM in stock. Competition is tough and we're always looking for more racers. Come and check it out! Almost all of the top touring drivers also compete in the f1 class as its a lot more fun than the touring cars. Its kind of a way for us to take 5 from the more serious competition.

I'm glad to see that they're taking off again. Reminds me why I got into this hobby in the first place. THEY'RE SO MUCH FUN!!!!

Anyone know where I can get just the axle spacer? I believe it is 5x8x16mm. I have a 103rs chassis I bought the adjustible rear pod, and it doesnt include the silver spacer The old RS pod doesnt use this spacer. My new RM has it listed in the A metal parts bag, but the bag is $55 on Tamiya's site

If you are talking about the non drive side, I have one. You must have bought the 103GT parts as it doesn't come with that part. PM me with your info and I will get it out to you

Back in the old days when they launched the height adjustable rear pod as a hop up for the 103, the spacer came with it.
Now that parts tree is is just a spare part for the GT
PM back at ya

hi all

I reently got a f103 as a project car. It needs quite a bit of work to get it running. I've managed to find most of the parts I need apart from the A1 part that houses the Thrust bearing.

As I need to buy some wheels as well I'm after the wheels with foam tyres fitted that they sell at RCmart. Does anyone here know if these wheels have the A1 like part fitted so I can just fit my thrust bearing into that.

Cheers
